Someone totaled my 10 year old car a week before Christmas, and I dreaded having to buy another car but found the Equinox to be very comfortable and up higher than the sedans I have had in the past. Steve found me an Equinox in the color I wanted and was meticulous with the details and speed with which he had the car brought up to Myrtle Beach from Georgia. Plus he set everything up for me once the car arrived, and had it gassed, cleaned, and ready to go when I arrived back at the dealership and made sure I knew about the various details of the available promotions. He was easy to get hold of when I had questions when I was not at the dealership, too, which I found to be a nice surprise. His very patient manner was greatly appreciated. He knew exactly what to do to make sure I had all the paperwork for the end of year promotions (some promotions I was not even aware of) completed correctly. Tony was very efficient and friendly, not to mention fast, on the paperwork necessary, I anticipate the same respectful treatment when I bring my car in for service in the near future.
