Simply put, I love this car and I loved the experience. The particular CTS-V I chose is fast (of course), beautifully built and exactly what I was looking for. I expected to be impressed, to be thrilled with this car, and I am equally both. What I didn’t expect was for the purchasing experience to be such a pleasure. Everyone I met was warm and personable, From my first contact with the sales professional who helped me get a great deal on my favorite car (thank you Fernando!) to the receptionist to the owner, who took time out of his day to come over and introduce himself and every other friendly face who smiled and said hello, All were very kind and attentive and made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing their dealership. In addition, everyone was organized and ready when I arrived. It took no time at all to complete the paperwork. After a fun and informative introduction to the CTS-Vs features and operating procedures and having time to get alll of my questions answered, I was on my way. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was. And I’ve had enough bad and mediocre ones to know just how exceptional a good one like this was I wouldnt hesitate to make the drive again the next time I’m ready for something new. In the meantime, I will highly recommend Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone who’s in the market... best prices, best cars, and unbeatable service. Nice Dealership. Feel taken advantage of!! Nice dealership. The only real problems I have with them is 1) Upon delivery of my 17 Escalade detail, cleaning and having the vehicle complete with Nice dealership. The only real problems I have with them is 1) Upon delivery of my 17 Escalade detail, cleaning and having the vehicle complete with floor mats was half hazard. Not even an owners manual .A dealership that sells high end cars like mine should have better control and higher standards upon delivery of a vehicle such as this. 2) In researching 2017 Escalades online, many of them were 4-9000.00 less with same or less mlies,same year or newer. I did not get a square deal as I should have. Especially just moving to this area and building a long lasting relationship with MB Cadillac . I planned on trading my wife's car in soon. Really not sure I want to be overcharged again so most likely would not consider it. I would like to go over the deal with management so they can see my findings. More
