Expectations exceeded I had been searching for a particular car and color scheme for about 4 months. I found it at this dealership but it was several states away. I was very nervous about purchasing the car without visiting the dealership in person. My salesperson, Ryan Rodriguez, was very experienced in working with customers out of state and walked me through the process. It was also very easy to close the deal since he listened to my concerns and addressed them. The best part was the fast delivery right to my door. I was expecting a 2 week wait for delivery but the car arrived within days of closing the deal. It was refreshing to have a salesperson that listened. I have purchased many cars before and have had aggressive sales people tell me what I want. Thank you for going above and beyond. I LOVE my new car. More

Trade after bad decision I came in to the dealership to look at suvs that might meet my needs better than the Tahoe I recently purchased. I just found it to be much more than my wife and I needed. Larry met me in the lot and helped me look at a few cars. I found a very low mileage Cadillac XT5 that interested me and we took it for a ride. The car had all the things I felt that I needed so we went in to look at numbers. I had already done my research on the Tahoe and after some checking on the value of the Caddy I was prepared to negotiate. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales manager came back with a reasonable offer for my Tahoe and a good price on the Caddy. For once at a dealorship they were making what I thought was a reasonable offer that I did not even have to counter. I have bought many cars over the years and this is rare and speaks volumes for this dealership. Larry has been pleasant, helpful and professional throughout the process. I intend to make use of their service department and expect that I will be well pleased if the sales department is any measure of how I will be treated. More

Going in for repair to leasing a new XT4 I have been blessed to have purchased 14 new cars in my lifetime and I would have to say this was by far the best experience. I had no intention of buying a new car, my car, a Cadillac SRX, was a great car and had nothing wrong with it. I loved how it drove until I drove the new Cadillac XT4 and what a sporty drive it is. I originally went to the Myrtle Beach Cadillac delaership to have my Cue replaced and from the time I walked into the service department to leaving with my new car 1 week later, I was treated with such awesome above and beyond communication,respect and professionalism. The service person Samantha communicated with me throughout my wait time. She checked with me to see if I needed anything throughout my wait time. I started talking with a sales person Brad and the whole experience with him was that, he cared about me and what was best for me. I never felt pressured. I chose to trade my car on my time and knew it’s what I wanted. So I will always buy my cars from Myrtle Beach Cadillac and wil recommend them to all my friends and family.
