I would like to give a shout out to salesman Charles Crawford. My wife and I bought a Cadillac EV last week and came back to try to charge it. He went out of his way and went far beyond the norm to teac Crawford. My wife and I bought a Cadillac EV last week and came back to try to charge it. He went out of his way and went far beyond the norm to teach us about everything from charging to setting up all the apps and registrations we needed and were having difficulties trying to complete. We were grateful and overwhelmed by his knowledge and time he devoted to making sure we understood a whole new type of car and its many new electronic screens and functions. I really had an easy experience turning in a lease to buy a new car. Davide, Rex, and Dianna were all very helpful getting me in a car and price I was comfortable with. The process was done in less than 24 hours, which is pretty wild. I’ve spent HOURS and several visits at dealerships for the same thing they handled in one visit. There aren’t very many Chevy dealerships in the Grand Strand, but they are certainly the best. Service center is great too. I am glad I have a dealership I can rely on. More
