Updated: We were searching for a small, manual transmission, car that could also be used to tow behind our RV. While searching for used Chevy Spark's, we found a 2022 available at Myrtle Beach Ch transmission, car that could also be used to tow behind our RV. While searching for used Chevy Spark's, we found a 2022 available at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. We learned about this dealership thru the Costco Auto Buying Service. I contacted the dealership and learned that the Chevy Spark wasn't included in the Costco Program, but they did have a vehicle that would work for us (not the trim we wanted, but worth a try). We were out of town and I spoke with Steve Ryan - who was very helpful - and he agreed to take a refundable deposit over the phone until we could look at the vehicle two days later. Despite the car not having the trim level we desired, it was a color we liked and it was located in our hometown. We paid sticker price for the car; first time in my life, but understand that the supply is low on a lot of vehicles. Side note, I did ask about ordering a Spark with the trim level we wanted and was told it would be 3-6+ months for one to arrive. There was an issue with the sticker price, but Scott the sales manager resolved that issue. One other note for those buying from this dealership, they have a $514 processing fee...I'm not a fan of these fees (especially at $514)! Overall, the buying experience at this dealership was above average, and a lot better than some other dealerships. More

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sungl EVER! We were charged $800 to supposedly fix a coolant leak and our car was there for one single night. When we got it the next day, 3 pairs of sunglasses and a hunting knife were stolen from our vehicle. It took a WEEK for them to finally return any of my calls about the stolen items and all they could say was that no one had been seen near our car but they were still reviewing footage. At just over a week, they admitted the only people with access to our vehicle were the employees. No apology was ever made about how our items were stolen and at no point did the service manager, Jesse, offer any compensation for these items. Fast forward to a week later when our car starts having the SAME ISSUE it had when we dropped it off. We decided to take it somewhere else and the new mechanic said they never even fixed the problem. They did something completely unrelated and charged us for that instead. When we told the dealership, they couldn't even offer us a free service to fix their screw up and wouldn't even admit they messed up in the first place. So. If you wanna waste a bunch of money and have your things stolen, then this is the place for you. Never ever going back ever again. BY THE WAY--after trying to get answers from them for over a week, they admitted they've had multiple break ins at their service lot and I was told that they had someone actually break in and sleep in one of the cars. Obviously, that was not something we were told prior. PLEASE BE AWARE. More
