On holiday from Canada. 2024 Lyriq wouldn't charge. Brought it to MBCC. Although it took 3 weeks to get it fixed we were impressed with the communication with the Service Man 2024 Lyriq wouldn't charge. Brought it to MBCC. Although it took 3 weeks to get it fixed we were impressed with the communication with the Service Manager. They had to replace the main battery in our EV and then replace the replacement. During this time we were provided with a loaner. We would not hesitate to use them again.
