We had to have a car with a comfortable seat due to my husband’s bad back. They took the time to work to find one that would work for him. On holiday from Canada. 2024 Lyriq wouldn't charge. Brought it to MBCC. Although it took 3 weeks to get it fixed we were impressed with the communication with the Service Man 2024 Lyriq wouldn't charge. Brought it to MBCC. Although it took 3 weeks to get it fixed we were impressed with the communication with the Service Manager. They had to replace the main battery in our EV and then replace the replacement. During this time we were provided with a loaner. We would not hesitate to use them again. Special thanks to Greg and to the service tech who was retiring, after 40 plus years working for GM, on the day we got our car back. More
