This is the first time I've ever purchased such a large item sight unseen and was not disappointed in the least. Once I sent out the email to contact me, Abel and his team were extremely responsive. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing showstopping and probably wouldn't have been issues if I were present during the transaction. I wanted to have an independent inspector go onsite and there was never any concern, which told me they were fully confident in the vehicle and the description on the website. After the inspection by Vehicle Pre Buy Inspection Service, Ft. Worth, TX (which was also a fantastic experience) was done and came back very positive, we then quickly moved into transaction mode. Since I was traveling out of State and unable to retrieve the vehicle, Abel connected me with a transport company Lanveen Freight Logistics (Desoto, TX) who quickly got back to me and took care of the transfer. The car arrived in perfect condition and in the timeframe quoted - great freight company to do business with. I had found the vehicle online, and took full advantage of the free carfax featured on their website (which is presented for all vehicles in their inventory). The pictures proved true in person-- and as a perfectionist, I was surprised at the immaculate condition. Sooner than expected, I knew this was the vehicle I wanted to take home. Zima and Sami were willing to work with any questions or inquiries I may have had involving the vehicle in its entirety. The purchase remained literally hassle free, as Zima remained in close contact as I gathered the appropriate paperwork for the transaction. As a family owned business, they remained more respectful than any dealership I have dealt with prior. They are undoubtedly top tier when it comes to customer satisfaction. With spending months researching for the best deals on Lexus IS across the country, I was surprised when this gem was hiding in my own backyard here in the DFW area. I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent at Mycarman and I can confirm that they deserve all the positive reviews. Staying in Texas for 1 year (I'm French, and I'm here for a 1 year contract), I was looking for a reliable car at a great value through West Division Street, Arlington, TX. When my wife and I arrived to Mycarman, we were impressed by their inventory and their prices (especially compare to the other dealerships on this street). The same thing with their staff and their office (very friendly staff, no pressure to buy and answering all our questions, free carfax available,...). When we decided to buy a car from them (at a very attractive price), they were really helpful (especially for us, because it was our first car in the US, so we needed help for the paperwork, the insurance,...). Everything went perfect. The most important part comes after. Few days after our purchase, the check engine light came on and at the first refill of our tank we had trouble to start the engine. Really disappointed (especially with the fact that in Texas you buy the car "as is"), we went to several repair shops and look on the internet and we figured out what was the problem. We decided to go back to Mycarman and they told us the check engine light was indeed on when they had the car and that they had sent it to the repair shop to fix it. Being an Evap system code, it implied a lot of parts and it seemed the part replaced wasn't the right one or at least not enough to solve the problem. As soon as we explain this to Zima, he took the car to their repair shop and changed the part (the purge valve) at their own expense. My problem is now fixed and I have no problem to start my car anymore when I fill the tank. We were dreading to purchase our car in the US and we definitely not regret our choice of buying it at Mycarman. After we had our shrot list of cars, we started reading all existing reviews about the places that had the cars we liked. Most of the places had very few reviews and usually bad ones. However, one thing had stood out of Mycarman.net and it was that they not only several, but surprisingly positive reviews. At first, we got very skeptical thinking about our own behavior when it comes to reviews. What we thought is that for the most part, people only leave a review when they had a negative or an extremely positive experience, but never review for a good or an average one. We even thought that the seller could be auto reviewing himself, however after much research we came to the conclusion that the reviews were legitimate and that we should give the seller a chance. I’m so glad we did! We bought a beautiful Mercedes Benz ML500 that runs like a charm. We’ve had the car for almost a month now and we absolutely love it. Not only do they have great cars at very reasonable prices, but Sami, Zima and Yahya are willing to go a long way to ensure you are extremely happy with their service. Just to give a few examples of things we loved: A) No pressure whatsoever in selling you the car B) Stayed more than 1 hour later than their closing time so that I could finish testing the cars I wanted C) Even though the credit union papers had not physically come through, they still allowed us to take the car home based on a phone call they had with the credit union loan officer D) Gave us money to put some gas (a kind gesture I had never seen and didn’t expect) E) We ran into Sami in a restaurant, he remembered us and offered to buy our dinner I don’t think the words here really express our gratitude and satisfaction with them, but I’m very certain that our next car we are going to get it from them and recommend you to do so as well. Short story: Underpromised and Over-Delivered! I am so happy I bought from MyCarMan.net! Long story: MyCarMan.Net had a vehicle for sale that was on my "short list". I was initially worried about the qua happy I bought from MyCarMan.net! Long story: MyCarMan.Net had a vehicle for sale that was on my "short list". I was initially worried about the quality, because in comparing this make/model/year/mileage, it was almost the least expensive listing in the entire U.S. I figured it would sound great on the web but I would be disappointed when seeing it in person. I called first to make sure the web listing was correct and the vehicle was still available. Yes & Yes. Ashley at MyCarMan.Net did a "walk around" with me on the phone and did a very thorough job of describing the few imperfections. The car still sounded good, so I drove the 60 miles to test drive it. Pleasant surprise, the car was in really nice condition, so I took it for a test drive. Great acceleration, straight and true braking, smooth shifting, quality ride and great amenities. I asked for a trade in value on my existing vehicle but that came back less than I could agree to, so I rushed home and listed my car on Craigs List and sold it within a few days. The next weekend I went back out to have the vehicle inspected by Acura. They recommended a few minor items be addressed and quoted me $1130 to do the work. I took the report back to Sami and we negotiated quickly and easily to agreement, with his service department doing the work for about 1/3 the cost quoted by Acura. I was treated with respect and dignity through the entire process, and Sami even let me take a car off his lot while the service work was being done on the purchased vehicle. He is a good businessman who knows how to select nice cars, and I definitely will do business there again. If you want a good used car at a great price, go see Sami! More
