After doing a bit of online research, we realized there were three cars we wanted to check out, and so made the trip to My Import. We were so fortunate to have Jack some out and greet us. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, suggested some auto solutions, showed us each, and listened carefully to our comments and concerns, each time offering his excellent advice. He was never in a hurry. He did not seem anxious to have us choose one or another auto. He seemed honestly interested in finding the best car that would meet our stated needs. AND when we decided which car, he helped us locate one with our color preference within our time line of 2 days...We can't thank him and the dealership enough. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I am assuming he can be like this because he has a great dealership behind him. More

The Jack Dempsey & Bill at MyAuto Volkswagen were able to locate and obtain (from a regional dealer) the exact model year, color, number of doors, and trim level that I was looking for in a 2016 GTI.
