The owner has an outstanding reputation and the place is enjoyable to spend time there while I get my vehicles serviced. I have known staff that have left but comeback because of the honesty and integrity of this business. They make you feel welcome and have the coffee on, computers for your use, comfortable leather furniture and a fire place for your short wait times. They are reasonable about pricing too. Their recommendations when asked have served me perfectively always. You can feel comfortable about contacting staff with any questions or drop in too. This is an incredible place. I just purchased yet another Subaru Outback from them and they went out of their way to get one as quickly as possible and took care of all the details getting everything ready for my signatures and final decisions, something I have learned I can always depend on from them. Again, It's the Best! More

I told him my situation and he worked quickly and hassle free to find something that fit my family's needs. He even went the extra mile and did a fresh test drive on the vehicle to make sure there would be no issues on my trip home, also we found the power steering fluid to be a little low, he went to the shop and got me a bottle!!! Can you believe it ? He is just amazing! I drove 5 hours from Illinois to Michigan and he made it worth my time. No matter where I might go in the country I'll make the trip back to see him if we ever need another vehicle. After dealing with the service center here trying to obtain parts and then leaving many calls to the service manager, he NEVER called back. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was ready to buy a new Camry, and I will, but it won't be here, word of mouth is a fantastic advertisement,, or just the opposite. I won't be back. I know this will just be blown off as well you can't make everybody happy but it really would have been easy to at least make me feel like I was a valued customer. More
