I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz. I found the one I wanted at of all places, a Chevrolet dealership, they have many cars to choose from. The salesperson I worked with was Eric Page. I called in the morning to see if they still had the car, the price had dropped the night before. Eric said I have right it front of me and it's available. I arrived there from Merrimack, NH in an hour. The car was out front waiting, all washed, ready to test drive. The deal we made went so easily I could not believe it. They made the financing so easy. I Drove the car home that day. I would recommend this dealership and Eric to anyone! More
I knew what priced I wanted to pay when I walked through the door and dealership was fair in bargaining with me and my trade-in to get close to my price. This dealership is the best dealership in Massachusetts!I'm talking about Muzi Chevy ! The service department is exceptional ! I have been servicing my car there for a few years and couldn't Massachusetts!I'm talking about Muzi Chevy ! The service department is exceptional ! I have been servicing my car there for a few years and couldn't be happier with the service I receive. They continue to go above and beyond at this dealership. I have a Firebird Trans Am Convertible with 143,000 miles on it. I have been servicing this car at Muzi Chevy and not only does it look fabulous for a car 13 years old , it handles fabulous as well. Everyone that has driven in this car has complimented how well this handles and how it feels like its brand new. I owe all this to the wonderful service advisor by the name of "Joe Carmichael" and all the great technicians that work there. The reason why this car is still on the road at 143,000 miles on it, is because of the service dept. at Muzi Chevy ! Let me tell you something that happened recently. This past weekend my brake lines went in my car. Thank God I wasn't driving at a high speed when this happened. Here is why Muzi Chevy should be voted dealer of the year. Joe and all the technicians that worked on my car recently informed me that " Your brake lines need to be done soon, like right now, they are rusted completely and so rusted that they can break very easily, you go over anything sharp or even hit a bump, they are going to break ". I ignored the warning, I put it off, i just didnt want to spend the money, I thought I could get more life out of them, Boy was I wrong ! I don't want to think of what would have happened if I was traveling at a high speed on the highway. Thank God this happened at a low speed and close to home. I knew it was the brake line right away. I had to put my foot to the floor in order to stop. Then I saw the brake fluid leaking out the left side under the car. Panic set in ! If I only listened to the service department and Joe at Muzi Chevy. I didn't know what to do, and if I should try to drive it. I had Joe Carmichael business card in my wallet and his cell phone is listed on the card. I called Joe. I apologized for bothering him on a Sunday and his day off. He said " no worries, you are not a bother at all, what happened , are you ok ". I told him that my brakes line just went on me. He immediately expressed concern, he told me " not to drive the car, have it towed to the dealership, under no circumstance drive the car, its too dangerous and not worth risky your life ". He went on to say " call me when you arrive there so I know your safe and sound ". Wow, this man was on his day off and wanted me to call him back to let him know I arrived safely at the dealership. How awesome is that! What outstanding customer service! I did as he said, got my car back Monday afternoon with brand new brake lines on both sides ! Joe deserves employee of the month and year for his kindness, his compassion, his caring about my safety, and his truly remarkable customer service. Muzi Chevy should feel proud to have an employee like this in your service department. Also, to all the wonderful technicians there ! You guys are the best ! Thank you all for caring about my safety. This dealership and service department should be honored for there outstanding service ! You can't get any better than this ! I highly recommend this dealership and its service department. If you want to be treated with the utmost respect, receive outstanding customer service, have a dealership that cares not only about you, but your safety as well, gives you the best prices, deal with kind people, good people, and on top of all that, get quality service for whatever work your car needs, go to Muzi Chevy. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. I hope my statement here makes its way to the owners of General Motors.You should recognize Joe Carmichael and this dealership for their outstanding service. Joe possibly saved me from a major accident if I decided to drive the car with the broken brake lines. I had a great experience with Demitrious at muzi motors. I went in looking for a new car but was worried about my credit. Demitrious assured me he would do his best to get me the best rate possible. I just want to say Thank You to Katrina for helping me out. She is a great Sales Consultant because she heard what I was looking for in a car. I would recommend people to see Katrina because she understands what the customer is looking for in a car if not she would help you find the right one. Now as a new client to Muzi Chevrolet: What I love about my car is... That I pay less on gas like I spent over $30 every week. Now I spend $24 for gas to fill it up. Great on the highway very quite like you can't hear your engine. I feel extremely safe..and am so happy I chose to do business with non other than Muzi Chevroelt and Katrina. I purchased a used 2008 Chevy Avalanche on May 5th 2012, within 41 days the front left spring and strut collapsed leaving the truck touching the ground. After 41 days it was not only unsafe to move but completely undriveable. Muzi motors has refused to pay for the repairs. I was told that they owed me nothing due to the circumstances of the repairs. I am now filing a consumer complaint against Muzi Motors to seek reimbursement. To all those concerned I would highly recommend that you NOT buy a used vehicle from Muzi Motors. They do not stand behind their used vehicles nor do they value their customers. I paid 21k cash for the truck and they refused me the $1074.48 to cover the repairs after only 41 days of purchase. This shows how little they care about their customers, $1074.48 is not a lot of money but they refused to take responsibility all the same. The principal of this matter is more important than the money, if you buy from Muzi Motors you are on your own they do not stand behind their vehicles. Once they have your money good luck. More
We went out for a ride, looking only! We went to Muzi Chevrolet, and were greeted by a salesgirl named Katrina. We told her what we were interested in doing, and she was extrememly helpful to us. Before we went for a test drive,she explained every detail of the car we were interested in, right down to the small ammenities. I found the "interest" in us as customers went above and beyond, as far as other dealerships we had looked at previously. We test drove, and fell in love. Got back to the dealership, and she ran over and made us coffee. She made it a seamless transistion, and I was extrememly impressed. The dealership was so nioce, clean and friendly. We met the General Manager, who went out of his way to be helpful and courteous. He even showed my hiusband another vehicle, which he fell in love with, and we are going back tomorrow to purchase that for him! It doesn't get any better than this, thank you Muzi for the special attention! More

She made my truck shopping experience great. I have gone to other places and they didnt listen to my needs and wants, they showed me trucks way out of my price range.
