Not impressed at all. I traded a Dodge Ram straight across for a Outlander they kept asking me when the title for the Ram would come in and I told them it was just paid of I traded a Dodge Ram straight across for a Outlander they kept asking me when the title for the Ram would come in and I told them it was just paid off and it will be very soon and it did come in within a week. I took it straight down to them expecting to get the title for the Outlander at the same time but NO and now it’s 3 MONTHS later and I voiced not even happy with the Outlander but I can not trade it some place because go figure ..:. . No title !! So I thought ok I’ll go back to THEM to trade it there. Even took an extra car to trade. Plus I had barely driven the Outlander like 400 Miles total in 3 months . So they wanted to punish me for having it 3 months saying it was basically not worth what they traded my truck and that straight across for now that I’ve had it 3 months. Which the reason I’ve had it 3 months is because I had NO TITLE to go trade it’ and they SOLD my Ram for 6 grand more than they gave me for it the first month they had it. They r I would have demanded to have my truck back !! Since they had not given me a title for the one I have and STILL HAVE NOT!! So now they say they have to take a $1000 a MONTH off my trade mean in $3000 if I wanted to trade it since the value has gone down in the 3 months I’ve had this. Wow what xxxxxxxx!! So I walked out this time as they were wanting to rip my head off AGAIN.. I guess its just the fact that I’m a woman and they ripped my head off the first time they think they should be able to do it again.. Not getting a title in Thai amount of time is cause for turning them in and even getting an Attorney involved for the hardship it’s caused me and what they are saying the devaluing of the Outlander in 3 months to where I can’t get the 36 K I traded my truck straight across for due to THEM not getting me a title so I could trade it and get the 36 k right away!! I’m not impressed at all. And the sales person I had knew NOTHING about the Outlander he didn’t show me how to even run it another sales guy came out and showed me how to put it into save mode so I could save on gas with the hybrid . But I STILL know nothing about the vehicle and he had never offered to walk through it all with me and I’ve been back there several times! Very very shady dealership . As well not the topic of this shadiness my grand daughter got hired there in sales and she’s 18 she worked for a week and they came back and told her that they couldn’t insure her to sell cars because she is 18 and they can’t insure her so they had to unhire her because of that. Well that is illegal if you are hiring someone you’d better find out if you can insure them BEFORE you put them on Payroll!! She got her first check and was told she couldn’t work there after collecting her first check so if she wanted to she NOW she could sue them for that and I’m encouraging her to do it. As I am also thinking about turning them in every soon.. She has nothing on her record to not be insurable and in state of TN you can be 18 and work as a sales person at a dealership so something is funny there . Again the makings of a shady place ! More
