We had a good experience purchasing from Trickett Honda. We live about 2 hours away and found a used vehicle that we liked on their website. We were not rushed and all of our concerns and questions were answered and addressed. We received a better price compared to other like vehicles in the area from other dealerships and national vehicle chains. We worked with Mark Fulton and he was always prompt on returning phone calls and made sure all of our needs were met. I received a couple of follow up calls after we made our purchase checking in to make sure were satisfied. The sales manager also took time to work with us and get to know us. I knew the 2013 Honda Fit was the car I wanted. I called the dealership and spoke with Bill Steed, who answered a few of my questions. The next day I went in to see the cars and take a test drive. Bill was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the car. I had a reasonable price in mind for my trade and price of the Fit. We were able to quickly reach a deal. Financing was quick and easy, with excellent rates. I left about an hour later in my new car. I had two small issues the next day. The low tire indicator came on. I checked, and all four tires were low; they had not been checked prior to delivery. Also, the plastic cover for the battery terminal had been broken in half. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Trickett Honda, and salesman Bill Steed. More

I have always found everyone at Trickett to be helpful and friendly, so when I recently decided it was time for a new Honda, I went back to see Larry Davidson and Dan Burkepile, and as usual, I was not disappointed. Larry and Dan worked with me to get the deal I wanted, and even though the Accord in the color and equipment combination I wanted was not in stock, they went and got me the car I wanted from nearly 300 miles away in only a couple of days. Bobby Corbitt was very helpful in helping me pick out a Honda Civic. He took me outside and showed my all the colors of the cars. I picked Crimson Pearl and the car is just beautiful.
