My wife was on the fence, but said OK. After the first day of driving it, she said she loved everything about it. I knew she would after getting behind the wheel for a bit. It took all of 15 minutes to find exactly what I was looking for at the very price I could afford. In the instant message I explained my situation and my high anxiety level about walking onto another lot, he was so kind and let me know he was not going to pressure me. I decided to test drive the car and when I arrived he met me on the lot with the car ready to go. It was so much better than I anticipated, he had my old car appraised at more than I could have sold it for myself! Including the time in financing I spent less than an hour total buying a car! I did not walk away feeling "sold to" I felt like he cared that I was happy with my choice. This was such a blessing and Zach and Trickett have a customer for life!!
