I had scheduled to pick it up on January 16, 2015 and I received a call from Sharon stating the Used Car Manager would not honor the original agreed to trade in allowance. The difference was $ 500. Had the deal been made they would have had a customer for life. More

Until about a week after we bought the car. Then we got a phone call that we were given the wrong finance form to fill out. They mailed us one, and we filed it out and sent it back in. Then we get a phone call that they never got it- the form with our finance information on it. So we drove the 40 minutes to fill it out in person. Then we discover our second car key was never programmed. Again another 40 drive up there, and a wait in their service center. Just a little frustrating considering the time we had to take out of work to drive up there. Otherwise a great car, and a great buying experience. Just everything after that has not been great. More
