Disappointed We went to pick up our brand new Civic two nights ago to find out that the battery was dead. The dealer changed out the battery. After an inordinately long wait, we were informed that the warning lights were on and could not be reset until tomorrow morning. We went home in a loaner and got the car the next day. The salesman was the only good thing about our experience. He was very honest and truly cared. Thank you Ron Barrett for delivering our car the next day! We appreciate you but found the rest of our experience unacceptable. Here we sit 48 hours later and still have not heard from the service manager. Unless we do hear from him, we do not feel comfortable referring friends to the dealership. More
