I ended up upgrading from a Civic LS to the SE since it was about what I had planned on spending anyway. I was back out the door with a new car in 2 hours from the time I first stepped in. No hard sell negotiations on anything. They quoted a fair price off the bat and didn't try to pressure me into additional things I didn't want or need. It was the easiest car deal I have ever had and I have done plenty in the last 40 years. More
