Great service I purchased my Ford Fusion in Dec 2015. I have only visited the service department for oil changes (knock on wood), but they were very courteous. Every 4th oil change is free since I purchased my new car there, which is a great bonus. I can even schedule all my service visits online. The availability of the having my CX5 picked up, serviced, and returned to my work place while I am at work is priceless, saving me time and money. Getting the fourth oil change free, is also a savings. I had to pay for more changes to get one free before. I had heard xxxxxxand con's from this dealership, but I am pleased with my purchase and the service that I am provided. They have an awesome waiting room if I do chose to wait on my vehicle. I love the way my car drives and the comfort of it. I am pleased my husband and I decided to chose a Mazda. I will not being going back to the previous dealership (well known in this area).
