Titus was great and took his time showing me how everything worked. I have no complaints with Titus, but when you go on the dealership’ website and it advertises a lease price, it shouldn’t be $100 everything worked. Had vehicle in prior to this appointment for my BSM not always functioning properly. Initially the mechanic said he didn’t see any issues, until riding with me, he then saw what I was seeing. Mechanic stat always functioning properly. Initially the mechanic said he didn’t see any issues, until riding with me, he then saw what I was seeing. Mechanic stated we would start with a recalibration for my issue. I scheduled for this appointment. I was then told by the service manager it was again assessed without issue, dismissing what was previously found. I was told that I was going to have to pay for the mechanics time because nothing was found. This is a vehicle under warranty and my understanding was that it had an issue and there was a repair need. The service manger was very rude and would not consider what I was stating, also stating the mechanic I had was inexperienced with my vehicle. I spoke with his manager and it was then addressed but overall not a good experience. More
