Does not keep to their word I was told shortly after I bought my truck that the problem that I had with it would be taken care of. Sales pitch doesn’t follow through with service I was told when I purchased the vehicle that as long as I would take the vehicle to any Ford dealership it would be washed and vacuumed. I'm on the fence My family and I are loyal customers to Murray Ford and service. I have had a less-than-desirable Experience the last two times I have had service. At My family and I are loyal customers to Murray Ford and service. I have had a less-than-desirable Experience the last two times I have had service. At my last service I chose to also get my rear brakes replaced. I was overcharged on the labor. On my most recent visit, I authorized two procedures to be done, and 3 were done. I was charged for all three. The good news is, the supervisors of the service department took care of the overcharge without hesitation. I'd like to think it was an honest mistake, but either way, I appreciate the quick response and service recovery that was offered. Another issue that I was having was a slow leak in one of my tires. I was told that there was a small nail too close to the sidewall to patch. I took my car today to get a second opinion regarding the patch. The nail was actually found to be about half an inch from the center tread of the tire. I visualized it myself. I'm very thankful that I did not buy a new tire and I got a second opinion. I am on quite the emotional rollercoaster with Murray Ford service center at this time. Thank you to Amir for your help regarding this matter. More
