Bad service I've been getting the works package (oil change/tire rotation) at starke murray ford since I've purchased my car in 2016, they told me when I went to I've been getting the works package (oil change/tire rotation) at starke murray ford since I've purchased my car in 2016, they told me when I went to get it done again that my lug nuts were messed up and they couldn't rotate my tires, it was explained to the manager Mike Catman that they are the only ones that touch my car and he stated nothing can be done and quoted me 134$ to fix their mistake. More

Oil change and battery replacement I had to wait over an hour before they could even get to my car for the oil change. I live out of town and always return here for service.
