I took my car in for service on a leaking sunroof and was told it was repaired and fully tested and no more leak. That's not the upsetting part, my sunroof shade got destroyed and now hangs when I open it. M told it was repaired and fully tested and no more leak. My grandkids loves riding with sunroof open but we can't now because it blows in their faces and slaps all over the place. Murray first agreed to fix it until figured out cost and then gave me every excuse from the service tech didn't touch it to' its gonna be over 2000.00 to fix"per so called CEO. This is not right and someone needs to pay for my sunroof More

Took our vehicle in for warranty repairs and the warranty did not cover the repairs, which was fine and completely understandable. What was not understandable was getting a surprise bill for the labor to diagnosis whether or not the warranty would cover it. (Which we could have diagnosed ourselves if we knew there would be a charge. We only came in because of the warranty). This should have been communicated when dropping the vehicle off or prior to spending that amount of time on it. A call could have been made to ask if we wanted them to do that and what it would cost. While this shows the clear lack of customer service, what really pushed me to leave this review was the fact one of the pieces that needed repair came back more broken than when we sent it in. This was a clearly broken part that did not need to be disassembled to be diagnosed. So basically we paid them to break our vehicle. If you value customer service do not go here. This experience was solely with the service department and not sales; however, if this is how they treat customers in one area I’m sure it happens in others as well so we definitely would not make future purchases from this dealership. I brought my 2017 F350 Platinum here on multiple occasions and always received great service. So, I opted to trade it in last year on a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium through the same dealership who pro occasions and always received great service. So, I opted to trade it in last year on a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium through the same dealership who provided good service. I recently brought it in for an issue with the sunroof. I was told the part they thought it was ended up not being the right part, so I could pick it up and they'd call me when the right part came in. In my F350, an $80k+ car, service was immaculate, even though I didn't buy from them. In my Escape, a $40k car purchased through them, they left tools in the floorboard, the driver's seatbelt not working properly and the entire sunroof mechanism not even working. Their level of care for their repeat customers is crazy. I am beyond irritated with this company and will make all attempts to have people avoid this dealership for service. They didn't bother stating the sunroof didn't work, just gave it back to me and told me they'd call when the part was ready. More
Above and beyond. I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford. More
Took 1.5 days for a new battery!! Had to jump start our 3 year old Escape because of the battery so I was told to bring it in so that they could check the battery. "It won't take long. After about an hour they said the battery was bad and should they put in a new battery. I said, yes! After waiting another 1 1/2 hours I was told that they couldn't get the battery cable off and they didn't have a new cable in stock. So I left after 2.5 hours without my car. No offer of how I should get home or a loaner car. The people in service were nice and polite but very overloaded with customers. So the next day I called at 10:00 AM and was told that they had gotten the new cable for the battery and he would call me back when they had it done. After the call, about 20 minutes later, we went out to pick up the car. Since all the parking was full near the service door I parked beside the show room. While I was waiting to pay for the repair, one of the sales people came out and started yelling at my wife about where we were parked and demanded that she immediately move the truck! He was very rude and acted mad when she said she couldn't move it because I had the key in the service area. He said my wife was RUDE because she couldn't move the truck. He ran in to find me and demanded the key so he could move my truck. His excuse was that he was afraid that someone might run into the truck since it was partially blocking their pad to show new cars. I looked and there were no customers in the show room. With this salesperson's behaviour I will certainly look at other dealerships if I think about a new Ford vehicle. In our opinion he shouldn't be allowed around customers! More

I was on my way home from Florida with my family when my car broke down at a gas station near by. I called and got a tow truck and then called Murray Ford where it was being towed. It showed on google that the dealership was closed but I called anyways and to my luck Dave answered and I told him what was going on and he told us when we got there that he would take myself and my family to a hotel for the night. Now I was thinking that it’s late Saturday night and that there service department was not open till Monday and that we would have to wait till then. But when myself and family arrived at dealership I met Dave and his General manager Mitch and the they told me that they might be able to get one of the service techs to come in on Sunday if I were to give the service tech 100 dollars. I told them I would be more than happy to do that as we needed to get back home for work and for kids going back to college. So they got a service tech Ben to come in on Sunday. They then drove us to hotel room for the night and told us they would pick us up at 12 noon on Sunday to bring us back to the dealership to wait while the mechanic Ben worked on the vehicle. When they brought us back to dealership they went out of there way to make us feel at home. Offering us water and coffee. I also told them I might be interested in trading my car in and get a new one. So they brought out a Ford Explorer for me to test drive. So we test drove it came back and continued to wait for our car to be fixed. But all during that time they did not pressure me at all to purchase one of there vehicles. After about three hours the service tech Ben got the car running and we were good to go back to New York State. I appreciate how the service tech Ben came in on his day off with his little girl tagging along to fix my car. This is definitely the true meaning of southern hospitality. After the car was fixed and we payed the service technician we thanked everyone for how they treated us and said goodbye and that we would never forget there kindness and hospitality. What even topped off the drive home Dave there salesman called us during our drive to make sure everything was going ok and to have a safe drive home. I told him the next time I need a vehicle that I will drive down from New York State and purchase a vehicle from him.
