Soooo, within a hour of the e-mail being sent to Murray Ford, I received a voice message from "Tom, a manager from Murray Ford" asking me to call him back and that he's sure we can work this out. He expressed to me that a negative review harms more at the dealer than the individuals that caused this issue-He asked me what he could do to adjust the review that I sent. I let him know that if they were to reimburse me for the battery as promised that I would adjust the review and say that they made me whole-He told me that he would make that happen-Unfortunately, we are a week later and I have not received the check from the dealership. If at some point I do receive the check from them I'll be happy to update my review-

It's been another week now and I get a voice message today from Daniel and he says he has good news for me and to give him a call-He sends me a text message saying he has my check and to give him a call-I let him know he has my address and to drop it in the mail-He replies that "I have the check available for you, and as per the discussion with my manager, it will be mailed to you as soon at the review is removed. This is also under the clear understanding no further reviews will be posted regarding this purchase." I replied that this wasn't my understanding. As of Monday, the bikes that were traded in for the vehicle still hasn't been paid off with my bank. My wife had been trying all week to speak with the Finance guy at Murray's and he hasn't been available and hasn't called back. When I informed Daniel that they weren't showing paid off yet, he told me that he had requested a 20 day payoff and they were still within the time frame. Hopefully, Mike Henley in the Finance department will call soon. Still, no promised reimbursement unless I pull this review-Ain't going to happen. If they ever do send me a check I will update to reflect that they eventually kept their promise. Until that happens, my recommendation would be to go to any other Ford dealer in the area or go checkout a Toyota
