Bought a 2022 Mojave Jeep, fully loaded special order. Sales process was great. Got the Jeep wave program with my purchase. I bought an additional package of 2 oil changes at a discounted price which was Sales process was great. Got the Jeep wave program with my purchase. I bought an additional package of 2 oil changes at a discounted price which was good for a year from a service advisor that seemed to care. Used one immediately. I called to see when the second one expired and the service representative said the computer was hacked and they had lost all information about my local service visits and any oil changes that I purchased at the dealership. He looked under my Jeep Wave account and said I had one oil change left that expired in a year. He suggested I use the Jeep wave oil change. I told him I wanted to use the one I purchased from them before it expired. He said if I had the receipt, I could use it, but they have no records of my purchases and they would not be able to honor it if I could not prove it with a receipt. I was unaware when I bought the oil changes that I would need to prove I bought them each time, in fact the service tech that sold them to me said at that time that they tracked everything on the computer. I was shocked that they would not take my word for it as it was only an oil change. This happened several months ago and I am sure the oil change I purchased has expired. I have had 2 company representatives call me asking me to service appointments and when I tell them about my experience, they say a manager will be calling me soon to discuss. No managers have called, so I decided to write a review. I am looking for a new dealership. More
Took my Jeep in to get it serviced because of the check Engine light. Over 8,000 dollars later picked it up drove away less than 2 miles down the rode check engine light comes back on. Turned around and to Engine light. Over 8,000 dollars later picked it up drove away less than 2 miles down the rode check engine light comes back on. Turned around and took it back to them they apologized said it was another issue( which why didn’t they catch it before?). Kept it for another 4 days called and said it was ready. Picked it up drove about 50 miles and the check engine light comes back on!! The vehicle is still acting the same way from the very first time I put it in the shop I checked the codes every time and the Jeep is still throwing the same code. This has been going on for over a month. I’m looking into filing a formal complaint. Also speaking with my Auto Warranty company that’s been receiving the bills for this (work). More
I selected that I'd recommend this dealership because sales-wise, they'll take care of you. Service- not so much. I have bought three vehicles from this dealership, and it wasn't til my most recent purch sales-wise, they'll take care of you. Service- not so much. I have bought three vehicles from this dealership, and it wasn't til my most recent purchase that I experienced the issues within the service department. With my newest purchase, I opted for the Service package- therefor having no reason to take my vehicle anywhere else, all services were completed here. Within a few mths of having my car, the brakes needed done- they comp'd them, as the recognized that the vehicle should not have been sold to me with the brakes within their current state. Fast forward (11 mths), I go to get tires on my car, and my key for my locking lugs nuts is nowhere to be found. I call the dealership, (clearly recognizing that 11mths is a long time, and I should have assumably checked to ensure they put it back where they found it when doing my brakes), I was hoping that they'd at least be able to assist in finding a key that they may have had on hand to unlock my lug nuts or possibly offer to atlteast double check with the mechanic who did my brakes (should he still work there) to instead be met with a woman on the other end of the phone who told me, "we can't do anything, it's been 11 mths and it's your problem". Wow. Thanks. Needless to say, had to have my lug nuts broke off- thankfully not causing any damage- and had to purchase new ones. So, long story short, take the extra time to ensure that the dealership does their job and puts back any parts/equipment to your vehicle after it's service. More
Why have an appointment. Had an appointment for 9:30 am it’s now 12:30 and the service guy said another hour. It was a simple recall and an alignment. What a waste of time. We have a 2022 RAM 1500 Limited with less than 30k miles that has a key that will not work. I stopped by the service department to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong and the guy (dark hair that has a key that will not work. I stopped by the service department to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong and the guy (dark hair with tattoos) at the service department counter told me it would be a $189.99 diagnostic fee while pointing at the sign. I tried to ask him questions and he continued to point at the sign and say there’s a $189.99 diagnostic fee with out listening to the problem. I was about to give up so I asked how much a new key would cost, and he pointed at the parts department while saying “Ask the parts department.”. I took my keys and left, and I will NEVER use MURRAY Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Starke FL. This was the rudest and only interaction I’ve had with this dealership, and honestly the last! ( I called Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they helped me trouble shoot the issue in 3 mins over the phone!) More

Marshall told me Charged me $4 95 for a battery enough said Mechanic charged me for shop towels and other miscellaneous stuff to install a battery... Marshall told me $434 to install the battery when I got the bill it was 495 plus he told me I didn't have to pay nothing or the diagnostic fee because of the warranty I have, but when it came back it was the battery the battery isn't under warranty so I got charged that $189. I learned a valuable lesson next time just put a battery in it... More
