Lied to I went by on the way home from being out of town for 2 weeks. Found a truck and agreed to price and terms. I told Brent the salesman and Mike the fin I went by on the way home from being out of town for 2 weeks. Found a truck and agreed to price and terms. I told Brent the salesman and Mike the finance manager I could probably be able to come back the next day to pick up the truck, as it was my daughters Birthday and I also had to visit with my mom in the hospital 4 hours from their location. I called Brent at 11am and told him I could not make it and that I would be by when they open on Sunday ( the next day). He said he would pull it of the line and have it ready for me to pick up. At 630pm after they are closed, I get a text telling me my truck had been sold. They ran my credit, told me everything was good and they would see me tomorrow. What a joke. I would give this place negative stars if able. Liars across the board. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to be lied to and jerked around. Lots and lots of Rams to choose from at Murray CJD but I did not brouse and did not get pressured to choose a different truck. Price was as stated online and there was no haggle or tap dance. Toma was super nice and efficient completing the sales paperwork and my entire experience was approximately 3½ hours! More
