Pay Attention To The Details!! Found my Ram 1500 Limited through cargurus.com and worked with Nate on the deal. During the meet & greet, test drive and price negotiations I asked n Found my Ram 1500 Limited through cargurus.com and worked with Nate on the deal. During the meet & greet, test drive and price negotiations I asked no less than 5 times if they had the 2nd key (fob) to the vehicle. The response was always "I will check." It wasn't until I returned to sign all paperwork that I was informed that they did not have the 2nd key. Talked with previous owner who said they delivered both keys to the dealer. Came to agreement to purchase a 2nd key (at cost, supposedly) for $245 programmed. Ended up having to pay $295 to get the key. Not happy about that issue but very happy with the truck and the way the rest of the deal was handled. More

We set up a time for me to come test drive the truck. Unexpectedly my wife and I decided to go look st the truck on a Sunday. When we got there Brittany was not working and a salesman named Dozi helped us. We looked at the two trucks I wanted to see and made a decision to purchase one of them. Dozi Hanley the paperwork and Hunter the finance guy made the transaction easy. When I went to finalize the deal the next afternoon I met with Brittany who was great to work with to get everything taken care of.
