He responded a lot quicker than expected, but this was my first encounter wi After seeing my new Ram on CarGurus, I was able to get in touch with T.J. He responded a lot quicker than expected, but this was my first encounter with CarGurus and inquiring/purchasing a vehicle in this manner. T.J. was helpful in arranging everything and letting me know that he might not be available and that Anthony might be the one assisting me. Since I had a 2 hour drive to the dealership, it was nice (and refreshing) to know that 1) the vehicle was still available, 2) they would hold the keys until we got there, 3) assuring us that someone would be there to assist and 4) the truck was pulled up in front when we got there. Both T.J. and Anthony had called us as we were on the way, both to confirm we were coming and to make sure we had the directions. Upon arrival at the dealership, Anthony was outside (I think by coincidence) and met us. He was very knowledgeable about the truck as he was showing us all the "things" about the truck and readily answered any questions. As we were pulling up to the dealership after our test-drive T.J. called to make sure we had made it to the dealership ok and also came out to meet us. Once we had decided to purchase the truck, we were introduced to Hunter and he was ready with the paperwork so we breezed through all the financial paperwork. This was one of the BEST purchasing experiences we have experienced! Now to put things in another perspective, we didn't get to the dealership until around 6:30pm and we left at around 8-8:30pm, with Hurricane Dorian forecasted to come right through this area at that time. They still took care of us, did not rush us out the door or in anyway put pressure on to "get the sale done" so they could get out of there.
