Came back for a second vehicle I wasn't looking for the lowest price. I was needing a reliable vehicle, clean Carfax, reasonable miles and well taken care of. I first bought a Merc I wasn't looking for the lowest price. I was needing a reliable vehicle, clean Carfax, reasonable miles and well taken care of. I first bought a Mercedes ML500 for my wife a few months ago and since then she hasn't driven her beautiful Jag. 4.0 S Type. Then my GMC Suburban started giving me 4x4 transfer case problems and I thought it wasn't worth repairing, told my mechanic if it cannot be fixed under $1000 to scrap it. So I started looking for a good 4x4 replacement and visited Murray Auto Sales again with another few lined up across the valley. Unfortunately, Sam and Dan showed me a great Lincoln Navigator that I couldn't turn down. Unfortunately for two reasons. 1. My Suburban was repaired for $400 and 2. The Lincoln is far too nice for letting the dogs in and carrying wood and tools. Good news: I have my trusty work horse Suburban and a great family Lincoln, 8 seater for those vacations and special occasions. So two nice cars from Murray Auto Sales and easy transactions. If he had a 2011 Ford FX4 Ecoboost my friend would be buying here as well. More

sneeky dirty liars. The worst buying experience ever. they will add costs and fees that did not need to be charged. They will also come up with some bogus story as to why the vehicle cost is significantly higher than you agreed to right when you are singing the final papers when you are exhausted of the sales tactics and salesmen. I tried to return the vehicle I bought before the paperwork was even filed and they said it was mine and they would not help in any way. So now I am tipped almost $6,000 while they go eat steak dinner laughing all the way. Oh, and they claimed my car had a new clutch and was serviced by their mechanic and was ready to go. Ha!! Not quite! It was dark and before I got home I had no brakes or clutch left. Stranded on the freeway I popped the hood to see the cap was missing on the brake fluid/clutch reservoir with no fluid left in it. After getting it going again my mechanic said the clutch is about worn out and themes replacing. Never ever do business with Murray auto. Ever! More

I read poor reviews here about this dealership; like a CD player jammed....well that has nothing to do with the reliability of the car. I agree there are things we forget to check when buying anything, but that is life. So it goes. More

If you want to get screwed over hard, buy your car here. I have never felt so xxxxx by a business in my life. After being assured (by two different salesmen several times) that the car had been checked out I have never felt so xxxxx by a business in my life. After being assured (by two different salesmen several times) that the car had been checked out and cleared, we bought the car. We took it to get the alignment done and asked the mechanic to check it out, we found that someone stupid had poured oil all over the breaks/cables. No worries - a $4000 fix. He said it was recent (aka probably done by their mechanic) and the cables were corroded and he was surprised we had even made it that far without getting into an accident. GET CHECKED OUT BY A MECHANIC FIRST IF YOU HAVE TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS. So we go back because they obviously lied - not just didn't mention it - but lied. They told us they would tow us out of their parking lot because us parking there wasn't their responsibility anymore. They slipped in an insurance package ($400) in our contract that we didn't approve. They denied saying things that they actually said when we were both witness to it. I have never had worse customer service in my life. The boss is a money grubbing jerk. The salesmen made the stereotype for sleazeball salesmen. DON'T DO IT GUYS, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. More
