Best Experience-The only ones who did what I wanted I bought my first brand new car from John at Murphy Ford. I knew exactly what I wanted and they delivered hassle free! I called all the dealerships I bought my first brand new car from John at Murphy Ford. I knew exactly what I wanted and they delivered hassle free! I called all the dealerships in the area to get the best price and John gave me a firm quote in email on the first go around FOR EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I read the spec sheet of what I wanted from Ford.com and John was the only one who listened to me. I am a business person so I know better than to waste people's time especially those who work on commission. I also knew they would have to special order for my Mustang. I made it a point to come with my exact requirements for purchase because I don't want to jerk around people and don't want to be jerked around. I wanted all the bells and whistles and no one was going to have this beast sitting on a lot. I told everyone that there are no compromises and I was willing to pay. Other places tried to fit my needs by offering other Mustangs in their dealer inventory. I also told them if you don't have exactly what I wanted and had to special order this car that is totally fine with me. I needed someone to listen to me read the spec sheet then tell me they could put the order in and say, "Here is your price. Come on down and sign." Simple enough, right? I gave everyone a fair shot to make offers and told them I was making a decision by the end of the week. Well, guess what? No one could compare in ease to Murphy Ford and John got a phone call saying I would be down with checkbook in hand and he should get ready to put the order in. John and Murphy Ford got the sale because they are straight up business people. All I wanted was the best price for exactly my brand new car and John at Murphy Ford literally delivered. More
