Not only did it take 3 hours for an oil change/tire rotation, they also lied to me several times. They told me they were “pulling my car around now” when I could see it in the shop with no tires. They pretended to do the oil change for free to apologize for how long it took, but oil changes are free with the package I have with them. One of my tires needed to be replaced and they told me they didn’t have any in stock and tried to send me to a used tire shop. I called later that day and was told they actually had several of those tires in stock. Tires are also included in my package, so clearly they just didn’t want to give me one. I wish I hadn’t paid for that package and would not recommend going here, More

The appointment itself went perfectly. My service dealer was great concierge was great. What was not great was the lead up to the appointment. But once they had my car, I would give it a five star rating. But because whenever I called the People who answered the phone were just worthless. More
