I had minor work done and my van was ready the same day! Not usually the case here. I've had my van here for 3 days to over a week. They seem to be so busy that everything gets backed up. Scheduling problem? Anyway, was so glad to get it back in 1 day. Getting parts in a timely manner is also a problem here. They do communicate well., which is a plus. More

Very Accommodating!!! I needed an oil change, last minute, due to my car's warning message and I was in the Gold Coast area. Called Fox Ford, around 5pm, (really thinking t I needed an oil change, last minute, due to my car's warning message and I was in the Gold Coast area. Called Fox Ford, around 5pm, (really thinking that I would be asked to schedule for another day) but Rafael encouraged me to come in and that it would be okay. I took my Ford in for the oil change.
