First of all. ..Every single person I interact with at the location is nice and professional. The challenge I had with my latest visit was consistent with most of the 5-6 prior times. Issues as follow: - Difficulty to contact someone in service, often takes 3-4 calls even after leaving a message to get someone to schedule a service visit. This was no exception, took 3 calls with extended periods on hold waiting and being sent back to the operator with no answer. Had to ask for them to track someone down, took 20 minutes. - brought in for a few items, two recalls and oil change and leaking tire (2nd trip for same tire). Last tire trip was told they couldn't find a leak...but it continued to leak slowly. This time, wad told they found a nail, then there was no nail, then there was, then they confused my car with someone else's, then they found a leak (no nail), fixed and tested. The fix has held, but I will say had my doubts. - One the recall fixes needed a part ordered, which they said I'd have to bring car back a week later, they would order the part, then the next day it would arrive and the'd install. I was told "it was the process" that they couldn't order the part ahead of time, then have me bring in car and wait for install...they needed the car to be in the shop for two days while waiting for part. Made no sense, I've had many parts pre-ordered over all the Lincolns I've owned over the years with no issue. They refused to pre-order. I decided to go to Napoleon Lincoln, whom I've never had issues with in the past, they will pre-order and install same day once part has arrived. No issues at all. I wish I didn't have to leave the city for service, but this was the last straw for me...after owning Lincolns (this is my 6th) for 20 years....and poor Lincoln Service at this location. More
Murgado, the new owners are going to ruin this location. Hourly labor rate increased to $220 for no reason other than new management. It was already expensive with Fox Ford, but still an expected rate for a dealership. I loved having this shop so close by and I always took my car here for all maintenance and repairs. But the quotes for everything are significantly higher than every Ford dealership in the area. The staff all know the rates are ridiculously high, but they can't do anything about it. I suggest going to a different shop unless you enjoy overpaying. I spoke with the service manager when I received the quote for work that needed to be done. I explained that I had quotes for the same work from a nearby QuickLane. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I waited a few weeks before writing this review, but he never got back to me. They also charge a service fee for using your credit card. Who in the world is paying cash for car service? Too much greed! More

I understand that when bringing aftermarket parts the technician can only do what they can with the parts provided, but I wasn't pleased being told the loss in power on my truck was because of the tune I technician can only do what they can with the parts provided, but I wasn't pleased being told the loss in power on my truck was because of the tune I had on it. Changed the cold and hot charge pipes to the intercooler and had a leak on the cold connection from the intercooler, technician tried to blame the tune. I had to come back twice that same day to argue there was a leak. It was audible. I had the advisor put his hand over the connection that leaked while I revved the engine to show the leak was in fact there. The tech adjusted the connection, but I feel that I hadn't received the best service that day. It only took a 3 inch rubber coupler to fix the leak, I had done it myself the next day as I needed the truck running strong for a 1000 mile trip on the 3rd of January. Service here is usually flawless, and I hope this is a one time foul. More
