I received a text from a Brandon that my car had a recall. It was offered that a mobile service car could come to my home and would take an hour. I brought the car in for my 10 am appointment. I was told it would be about an hour/ hour and a half no more than two. I was at the dealership for 5 hours!!! I texted for an update and did not receive an answer. At hour 3 - I approached April for an update. She said that “well sometimes things take longer” I understand that work can exceed its estimate but the lack of communication or updates of delays is not being conscious of my time and unprofessional. This is overall poor customer service and a reflection of its new ownership. More

Both times I took it to another ford dealer for a 2nd opinion and they said I didn’t need half the things you were saying. Either your mechanics are DEI or you’re trying to reel in the extra cash hoping the customer isn’t aware of what’s going on under the hood. 4- honesty is not your thing I see. 5- I’ve asked twice for someone to appraise my truck in the event I might want to trade it in. The one time they did inspect it and said they would call me and…crickets! My customer service experience has me just downright awful. More
