I have been a long time customer from Fox thru the transition to Murgado. The labor rates just keep going up and up! $195 to $220 and now $289.00! We took a white ford work truck in on a Friday with appointment midday. We were aware that the same day review on a Friday was sort of pushing so we were waiting to hear back on the truck status on Mon appointment midday. We did not, and after that every day we would get the same response from April that they were working on it and were a little behind. It was not until after a week that we got Julio the service manager involved and he was finally able to provide details an we saw an actual diagnosis thanks to him and Frank.
