Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. Got a call tech couldn't find security key for wheel locks. Told them to check trunk by jack. They said it wasn't in there. Told them to put on a new set which they charged me for. When I picked up car and got home I checked where I said and security key was right there. Also forgot to actually rotate the tires in the confusion. Had to bring car back to get the tires rotated and put the old security locks on the wheels. However, service took care of it quickly and refunded the cost of the new key set when we put the original ones back on. Understandable mistake and was handled well. More

My car was showing an electric problem afte4r parked overnight. Nick suggested that I leave overnight so the problem could be duplicated. Problem was diagnosed and corrected.
