Overall good sales experience. Had the typical price negotiations so that was normal. Vehicle selection was great, seemed to have plenty of what we were looking for in every color. They stole my hat from Colombia (which cannot be replaced) and my papa’s purple sweater that was my papa’s (unless it was the tow driver that they sent for the car) from my car and my car came back replaced) and my papa’s purple sweater that was my papa’s (unless it was the tow driver that they sent for the car) from my car and my car came back with an engine light on. Not impressed. I don’t want to have to file a police report but I may have to as that sweater meant a lot to me as my papa is dead now More
