I went car shopping with my daughter I wanted a Nissan. I was told by a friend to go to the Nissan in Gallattin, but I live in Murfreesboro. I went to the Nissan on Memorial and that had to be the worst car was told by a friend to go to the Nissan in Gallattin, but I live in Murfreesboro. I went to the Nissan on Memorial and that had to be the worst car shopping experience of my life. I had a down payment and a budget plan. I explained this to Mr Roberts. He showed me two cars I fell in love with one and he said lets see what we can do. My daughter asked if this would take a long time, he said no. Well we went back to his desk and he said he would go get some figures. It took him at least an hour before he came back to tell me I could not get approved by there bank. I would have to wait until the morning to see if I would qualify from another one of there banks. Of course he called to say I would have to put more money down. Apparently they messed up my paper work really bad, thankfully Newton Nissan of Gallantin knows what they are doing. They had to fix all the mistakes the Murfreesboro Nissan did. Shame on you Murfreesboro Nissan for making this car shopping experience so horrible. Thankfully Newton Nissan helped me. More
The worst customer service ever! Once you buy your car with them, consider yourself abandoned. If you have a question or a concern about your purchase they will promise to get back to you the next day an with them, consider yourself abandoned. If you have a question or a concern about your purchase they will promise to get back to you the next day and do everything in their power to make the customer happy. But those are empty words. They never call back, what they say they will work on, they never do and their only aim is to "Win the argument' once they have your cash. Nissan makes a great car, but take a trip to Nashville or somewhere else, as they will ruin the car buying and owning experience with the car salesmen stereotype of the 1980s. They are just plain mean and heartless. More
