Excellent service in a timely manner. I took my 2014 Altima in for 3 recall repairs and an oil change. Christopher was up front about it taking about 3 hours. Driver, Caleb, was a great young man. We had good conversation on the drive. The pick up driver was just as nice. Christopher assured me I much safer in my car now. Little crowded as usual I called and made my appointment, it was very crowded when I got there. I had to wait in line to just get in the door. I was there on time, and one i I called and made my appointment, it was very crowded when I got there. I had to wait in line to just get in the door. I was there on time, and one in front of me was 30 min. late and one behind me was 30 min. early. Par for course I guess. I was told it would be quite a wait, I said even with an appointment and he said yes. I told him I didn't have a way home and he said they would take me home but then said maybe it wouldn't be too long. It was almost 2 hrs. but like at a drs appt. only at least they have plenty of space to walk around and get coffee. Everyone is nice, just seemed like all others in waiting line around me were being taken care of before me is my only complaint. . I walked to another desk as someone had driven my car in. They need to take people in order. or next time I will walk up beside my car. People are nice though. More
