The service department is so pleasant to work with. They did not talk down to me (an older woman) which I appreciate. Ultimately what we were trying to accomplish and what they finally had to offer didn't work out. I tried to give as much information as possible up front to make the transaction as painless as possible, they finally had to offer didn't work out. I understand that sometimes things don't work out, but the part that was most disappointing was the fact that I had asked several times not to shop our deal around to a bunch of different banks and damage my credit that I'm trying to repair, only to find out that they did. When we went to the next dealership, they showed us where our credit had been pulled 12 different times on one day. I know that they are "trying" to get you the best deal, but it's also important to honor your customers requests and they should of been up front and said that they would not be able to accomplish what we were trying to achieve. Had they done that and been up front and honest, I would still have some respect for their dealership. More
My visit to Signature VW Hyundai of Murfreesboro was a pleasant and surprising one. I did not really expect to buy a car on my first visit. So I threw out this crazy figure that was in my head at the time and to my surprise Chris and his team did everything possible to get me close to the price I quoted. He worked so hard to earn my business that my wife and I could not walk a way, even though we planned on making at least two other stops at other brand dealers. He too the time to explain what felt like every detail and function om my new Genesis. He continued to check on me after sale even keeps me updated on the extras that were ordered to close the deal. The sales manager was upfront about all details and a pleasure to converse with. All in all a great dealership experience and a great on an awesome ride. More

On April 21, I purchased a 2011 Elantra from this dealership. It has been one of the worst decisions ever! We payed a very generous amount down on it and were still treated like trash! He was with us during our test drive and up until it was time to finance the car. Chad was our biggest problem. He was rude not only to myself and my family, but to our county clerk and another Hyundai dealership representative that he spoke to over the phone. He went so far as to roll his eyes whenever one of us said something that he did not agree with. My mother (who worked in finance for 27 years) had called our county clerk to get the sales tax for Tennessee before we even went to the dealership, and had to call him out on incorrectly calculating the taxes. If you have already bought a vehicle from Signature, go back and check the taxes you were charged and check with your local county clerk. You may find you've been cheated thousands of dollars. I shudder to think of how many customers they've cheated with their made up extra taxes. Once we were finally away from Chad and his overwhelming rudeness, we met with Howard for a brief time to finish up financing. His math was incorrect as well, my mother having to correct him as well. When it was time to hand the car over to us, Rich, the salesman that had been with us through the test drive and the initial sale was nowhere to be found. Van came out in his place and was very nice, explaining all the features of the car in detail. The whole ordeal ended up taking 5 hours, the longest it has ever taken me to purchase a vehicle. I had already vowed to never return to Signature Hyundai by the end of that day. However, yesterday, we realized that my beautiful new car (that I haven't even had for a month)has been slowly leaking oil. It was nearly all gone by the time we discovered the problem. Being 3 hours away from Signature, certainly not wanting to drive the car, I called Van for assistance in getting the problem fixed. I was disappointed in our phone call because he was accusatory, assuming that I had hit a curb or an animal and damaged the car myself. Of course nothing of that nature had happened, but even after telling him that, he still held the attitude that there was no way in the world Hyundai could have made an error. Needless to say, the car is being towed to a different Hyundai dealership to be repaired; a dealership where we were met with nothing but kindness and willingness to help. I would never return to Signature for any sort of service on the car and nothing in this world would make me recommend them to anyone! More

I am the manager of a company and Richard provided me a place that allowed me to work on my laptop while I waited to complete my transaction. The customer service was wonderful. My husband and I both said it was the easiest dealership we have ever dealt with. We truly enjoyed the experience and the used Jetta that we purhcased. We had our two children with us and you know how impatient kids can be but they as well said they couldn't believe that it didn't take long to purchase.
