I am sorry things did not work out for you here at the dealership. I think there was simply a mis-understanding When I asked about the situation, I was told originally you were turned down by a few banks, and we asked if you wanted to continue and you approved that with the salesperson. The salesperson then told the finance manager to continue, and he then got you approved but we were off by $80 on two (2)vehicles per month. So that was 5 banks per vehicle and then we got you approved on the final bank. I think somewhere in the deal we just had a break down of communication, I apologize on the behalf of the sales person, he was under the impression that you went ahead and authorized us to continue trying to get the deal done. When Van asked you that, you approved for Howard to get the deal done. It is very common to look at 3 to 5 banks per vehicle for the best rates and loan approval. You were denied on the first 4 banks per vehicle so that is 8 total and then the final bank approved you for both vehicles, that is another 2 so a total of 10. Sorry things couldn't have worked out better.

I am very sorry for any problems you may have experienced here at the dealership. I must disagree with you however, that we do not try to mislead or steal from people. The computers do our sales tax figures for us, and they get the figures right every time. I am sure that our sales person (Van) was simply asking questions to help resolve the issue, as hitting something would be not a warranty issue. Mechanical problems do happen and I hope your car is doing ok now.
