I am sorry that you feel this way. However I communicated with you in dealer rater on 2 emails that if you would just send me the emails showing what you had agreed to before you signed the contract I would help you by adjusting the contract. When the dealership is willing to help resolve the problem, why would you choose not to cooperate to resolve the problem? We strive to take care of each customer and our Dealer Rater record shows that. Dealerships and customers can both make mistakes, but a failure to communicate on your behalf can only leave us with broken relationship.
