Their service department is nothing but a fraudulent money pit, designed to rip off every single customer who walks through their doors. They have the audacity to mark up their parts by 25% compared to their own parts department. That’s not just dishonesty—it’s straight-up highway robbery. It’s a calculated scam, preying on people who trust them with their vehicles. When confronted, they don’t even bother to respond. Let’s be real: this isn’t just bad business—this is outright theft. These people are nothing more than crooks in uniforms, hiding behind the Hyundai brand while they squeeze every last dollar they can out of unsuspecting customers. They have zero integrity, zero shame, and zero respect for anyone who walks through their doors. If you bring your vehicle here, prepare to be scammed, overcharged, and treated like an ATM. They don’t care about you, your car, or basic human decency—they only care about draining your wallet. Hyundai of Murfreesboro should be shut down for their disgusting business practices. I wouldn’t trust these soulless con artists to fix a bicycle, let alone a car. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there—this is NOT one of them. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS A SINGLE DOLLAR. They are parasites, bottom-feeders, and absolute disgrace to the industry. Stay far, far away. If you have already used them, ask for the price you paid for parts and then call the parts department to see how much they have taken you for….you will be truly shocked. More

Absolutely bar none, one of "THE WORSE" service departments ever. I am 53 years old and I am a former ASE mechanic. I am no longer able to bend over the hood of a car without my back absolutely killing me. I took my car to this place and they were to put in a rack and pinion since I could not get into the cars computer for a relearn of the steering sensors. I towed the car here back on April the 2nd 2024. This place kept my car for 4 months. They put in 5 rack and pinions that were brand new that they ordered from Hyundai. They would put the R&P in it and then as soon as they started the car it blew the seals out of it. They did this not once, not twice not three and not four times but 5x. After the 5th one they came and said they weren't able to get the parts as they were on national backorder. Which was true. I said how long before the seals come in. They were completely clueless. I said no way, I said I am going to order another rack and pinion that will be thoroughly tested along with new power steering lines. I said if you blow the seals out of this one being the 6th one I would be taking legal action against them because I had, had, enough. The first service manager that took the car in originally would never return my call. I would call and ask where they stood with my car and each time they would act as though it was a bother for me to ask about the progress. They canned him and got a new guy. The new guy lasted there maybe 2 and half to 3 months and then they got rid of that service manager. They also canned the general manager as well. So that's 3 service managers and a general manager all within about 3 months. So that tells me there is a bad problem with upper management. I looked into this company because I honestly thought I was going to have to sue them over this. I found their registered agent is over on poston avenue as is most dealerships in this area. I also found out that it is owned by a company in Johns Island SC. Luckily for me after I got so pissed off of them having the car for 4 months I just had, had enough. I called down after being given a bunch of xx stories by the current service manager about their techline dispatching out a guru that works in the area to stop by their excuse of a dealership and he would get to the bottom of the issue. After of course he was on vacation right before he was due to look at my car. At least this is what I was told. I was told that the car after replacing the R&P and the power steering lines that Hyundai told them to change the power steering pump as well as it was throwing a code to the computer in the car. That didn't fix the problem and well, after 4 months I had to have the car towed to another more competent shop for the repairs and diagnostics. All this place did was waste my time completely and in all fairness they didn't charge me for the work the had done to the car rightfully so as I am the one that ultimately supplied them with the R&P the steering lines and even gave them the clockspring that is installed under the steering wheel. I have never encountered such complete and total incompetence as I have at this place. No one answers the phones. They have caller ID to see who's calling and unless you block your phone number with a *67 they will simply not answer the phone. It will go to VM and if you leave a message you will just be wasting your breath and time because I return call simply will never happen.. I was so desperate for a car that I almost bought a new car and was going to trade in my 2015 Equus for a brand new EV. I am super glad I didn't as a really ignorant sales person by the name of Chris said to me that you don't actually own the car so therefore they can't sell me a new car and trade mine in since I didn't have my name on the title. I asked the ignorant guy named Chris if he had ever heard of a power of attorney. All he would do is parrot the same thing over and over again. More
