"We'll, it could be this or it could be that ECT. They ALWAYS find something ELSE has to be fixed to get the original problem fixed! I have never taken my vehicle home from THIS place that within a week there is something totally different that needs to be fixed. I've taken my vehicle to a local mechanic, he is able to diagnose and fix the immediate problem WITHOUT something else going wrong within the week. I'm not saying that they "sabotage" my car HOWEVER that's the experience I have had with this service department! More

From the service manager to the work preformed it was exactly as I was told it would be. And what a pleasant surprise when I picked up the car it was washed and vacuumed. I have 6 vehicles and they have earned our future business.😊😊😊 More

Guy Baldwin and the technician were very friendly and (apparently) knowleadgeble too, and estimated $2,500 worth of parts to be replaced, starting with the stuff (panel etc) at the bottom of the engine, and they were eager to start working on the car right away. They kept asking for the key to the car. I totally bought their story, wondering whether it was worth investing this money into the car, maybe just sell the car or tow it, so I decided to get a second opinion from a local service, and was told that a good technician attempts to find the source of an oil leak starting at the top of the engine, since oil tends to drip from top to bottom. Makes sense. I ended up changing only the oil gasket at the top of the engine, and thus saved $2,000. Bottom line: If you really want "No Regrets" don't go to Murdock. More
