I’ve called numerous times, yet, I have no update not a call back from my service adviser Creighton, his boss Tyler, called once but now he will not return my call! Even the Gereral manager, Stewart is a joke!!! The next step up the Murdock’s that have nothing to do with the business just collect a pay check!!! I’m having my car towed away from there to another Hyundai dealership I don’t want them to touch my vehicle after after all their deception, incompetency don’t buy a car or have your car taken there for repairs. You will be disappointed! More
I for one never contacted the dealership and they insisted that I was wanting a Hyundai to begin with and never would I want to buy a Hyundai, not if I had a choice. Once I asked them how they got this information, the calls and messages just stopped, seems to me something fraudulent or fishy is going on because if they weren't at fault for falsely obtaining my information then why wouldn't they reply to my inquiry and help me find out who gave the info to them to harass me about a car I never looked to finance? That makes me think about contacting my attorney and the proper authorities or even Get Gephart to look into this and find out how many people they are trying to "fish" into their dealership under the false pretenses that they will get into a car... Same scenario as an acquaintance of mine has since tod me about this happening to him as well. Not a very good business ethic or trustworthy dealership and I want answers so I will continue to seek them out any means necessary and no matter the cost. We will see if they have anything to say.... More

When I bought the car the touted the wonderful service department, The reality is the people are great but the operation is a cluster F. The place is a construction nightmare and there is no waiting ar department, The reality is the people are great but the operation is a cluster F. The place is a construction nightmare and there is no waiting area. They did order a Lyft that took me to the mall…but it’s closed. BTW . Be careful buying a Hyundai Kona at least. The vehicles safety algorithms has almost killed me twice. Once by Emergency Breaking randomly, and yesterday the car tried to veer me left into a head on crash. Had to fight the steering wheel to keep from killing the family. More
they are selling cars that aren't 100% mechanically checked. i was sold a 2022 kona that has a mechanical problem that they told me the car had no problems at all. i tried to tell salesman of problem h checked. i was sold a 2022 kona that has a mechanical problem that they told me the car had no problems at all. i tried to tell salesman of problem he denied me claim. another salesman verified my claim and now i have to wait another month to get into the service dept. I believe the should just offer me the oppourtunity to exchange vehicle for one that works. this delership is a joke. More
