Called another dealer who had me come right over on a Saturday and fixed the “very well known problem to them” in 30 minutes, then had us return in the afternoon to wash and detail the car. I will avoid Murdock Hyundai whenever possible in the future. More

I make appointments for an oil change and they tell me it will be about 3 hours. They do Uber me to and from my house but I am without my car for way to long. It should not take that long.
