Although when we first arrived at the dealership we wanted to be able to look without pressure, Brock came out and started talking to us. If not for his technique in discovering what we were looking f wanted to be able to look without pressure, Brock came out and started talking to us. If not for his technique in discovering what we were looking for we probably would not have found the truck we purchased. It was in the back being readied to be shipped to Salt Lake, so we probably would have never even seen it. If it weren't for his tenacity we wouldn't have this beautiful truck, and we thank him for that. We have heard from him two or three times since then to find out how we are enjoying the truck and to see if we need anything. When it is time to purchase another vehicle we will come to your dealership and ask for Brock. Thank you! Mark & Debbie Crook Satisfied customers More
I recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra from Murdock Hyundai in Logan. I live in Salt Lake, but was willing to make the drive to Logan to work with Brock. He is probably the most friendly person I have Hyundai in Logan. I live in Salt Lake, but was willing to make the drive to Logan to work with Brock. He is probably the most friendly person I have ever met. He has a love for life, and he absolutely loves his job. It's by no means fake, however. He's pure genuine, and it made for the most remarkable car buying experience I have ever had. Brock cares for people, he's not in it to just sell a car. He wants to make sure you are perfectly satisfied. I really loved working with him and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Brock. More

My experience with Murdock has been ok. There are a few events that made it so, and I'm trying hard at focusing on the positive. First, after researching for an extensive amount of time, I knew what car events that made it so, and I'm trying hard at focusing on the positive. First, after researching for an extensive amount of time, I knew what car I wanted, and I knew how much I would pay for it. I contacted Murdock and was set up to work with Skylar. He was prompt at responding and provided texting as a form of communication, which I prefer. The sticker price was over suggested retail price. Of course, I said I would not pay over the suggested retail price. At first, Skylar texted, "Hey there is no way we can do that. The price I gave you is the price I can do. Let me get with my business manager and I will get you the info on your payments." I understood, and chose to not go further. I requested a refund on my deposit, only to be dismayed when he said, "The deposits are non-refundable," contrary to what we had discussed a few nights before. Angered, I considered recourse. Then General Manager, Ben Murdock, gave me a call and said they would honor the sugg. retail price. I really liked the car and even though I lived 8 hours away from their location, I decided to make the drive to purchase it. When we got there, John gave us excellent customer service handling the financing end, setting us up with America First at an amazingly low rate. There were two things wrong with the Nissan when we test drove it. First, the CD player didn't work, so they gave us a fair reimbursement amount. We didn't want to wait to get it fixed since we had such a long drive home. Second, the rear license plate light clips were missing, so the bulbs were hanging beneath the bumper and broken. They offered to order the parts and send them to us. We agreed because installation would be a snap. But, we haven't received them and I contacted Skylar to find out if they were on their way two weeks ago. He said they had been ordered and they had the correct address. I'm not sure if we'll get them, so we'll probably order those ourselves. And my final remark on the experience is that a few days ago, one of the fuel lines of the truck came loose. I was driving and the car completely shut off and the engine lights went off. I pull over and become even more dismayed when I see fuel leaking onto the road. I get my insurance to give me a tow after the dealer's warranty roadside assistance is unreachable. I waited 15 minutes before deciding to call Progressive. After getting it fixed, the mechanic said someone had to have been under there. The fuel feed line was not locked into position and he said it doesn't come loose by itself. Either way, I'm annoyed that this happened after only owning it a month because the truck went through a "detailed quality inspection." And, I'm out $80 in labor. So, such is life. Do I recommend them? I don't know, I'm still figuring it out...we liked the ping-pong table in the waiting area. So yeah, I'd recommend them. More
A thoroughly enjoyable purchasing experience. I'm very happy with my new vehicle, and the dealership placed no pressure on me whatsoever--plus I feel I got the best price possible! happy with my new vehicle, and the dealership placed no pressure on me whatsoever--plus I feel I got the best price possible! Went in for our first car buying experience. We knew what car we wanted, all that was left was the negotiation. We liked some of the financing options at a different dealership. And even though the firs what car we wanted, all that was left was the negotiation. We liked some of the financing options at a different dealership. And even though the first time we mentioned them they said those options weren't really available, in the end the worked with us and gave us a deal we could really feel good about. So my advice is do your research, know what you want and be firm and these guys are great to work with! More
Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with this dealership. We came in to see a car that we were very interested in buying. The salesperson was extremely aggressive and confrontational. I wa this dealership. We came in to see a car that we were very interested in buying. The salesperson was extremely aggressive and confrontational. I was very surprised that he would talk to us so disrespectfully. This was our second visit to the dealership and I did not feel that we were treated well either time. If you use this dealership expect aggressive sales tactics. I will not be buying my car from them. More
We went to the Hyundai Dealership to look at the new cars. We have bought six Hyundai's over the years and have had good service from them. Keith Carter talked to us about the new 2013 Hyundai Elantra's cars. We have bought six Hyundai's over the years and have had good service from them. Keith Carter talked to us about the new 2013 Hyundai Elantra's, we currently had a 2005 Elantra, and went for a ride in the new one. Keith took his time to answer all of our questions as we are older citizens. We then talked about our car trade-in and the price of the new Elantra. At no time did we feel pressured into buying a new car but figured that since we loved the new car we might as well update our car. This new car had more air bags and cruise control which our old one did not. It also seems larger inside to us. The salesman explained about the tires and not having air in them (had never heard of this before). Keith told us that we would be sent emails every now and then to give us discount coupons for LOF's (lub, oil and filter) Sometimes when you are taken to the Finance Manager you are pressured into purchasing "extra" items (insurance on your tires, undercoatings (our car is in a garage all winter), interior cleaner, extended warrenty on drive-train, etc. Rick Kendell took us through his paperwork promptly and efficiently so we could leave to feed my husband as he is a diabetic. It was a pleasure doing business with Murdock Hyundai in Logan, Utah and have told several friends about our experience. More
