Waste of time and money I took my working key fob and a used one to be programmed. They told me it would be $30 to program the fob. After sitting around for an hour they tell I took my working key fob and a used one to be programmed. They told me it would be $30 to program the fob. After sitting around for an hour they tell me it can't be programmed and it rarely works on used fobs. That would have been nice to know in the beginning. So I just wasted an hour of my time and to rub salt in the wound they still charged me the $30... Of course I complained and said I was told $30 to program my fob but it's NOT programmed. So instead of take more abuse from the manager I gave them my $30. Great job manager, you got the $30 but lost any future car purchases or services from me and all my family. People ask me all the time if I like my Hyundai. I always say, yes, they are great cars. Now I will say, yes, they are great cars but don't buy one or get service from Murdock Hyundai. More

Came in for repair on my 2011 Sonata but the trade in for 2013 was just too tempting. Cameron was extremely personable and friendly. Also very helpful. Had a great experience with Murdock Hyundai after a harrowing experience with our Santa Fe. We had a transmission issue and being under warranty, Hyundai arranged to have the car towed to Murdock for r harrowing experience with our Santa Fe. We had a transmission issue and being under warranty, Hyundai arranged to have the car towed to Murdock for repairs. We told Zane it was our only vehicle and even though the service department was very busy, they were able to squeeze us in and get the repairs done before the weekend. Throughout the day, Zane kept us updated on the status of the diagnostics and then the repairs, and that was greatly appreciated. It's great to know we have a great service option for our beloved Hyundai if and when we need it again! More

After bringing my pre-owned vehicle in (which was apparently certified when purchased, whatever that means) for a checkup after 6 months, I was told the crank seal, oil pan, and tires needed replacement, which would bring the bill to roughly $1,100 in parts alone! 1K! What an absolute joke. Why would you sell a vehicle that should have at least had the crank seal repaired? I had to reschedule my appointment today and was transferred 5 times for a RESCHEDULE. Every time I was transferred I had to explain myself and they were completely out of the loop of what was going on. Not only that but they were talking over me every single time I tried to explain myself! Eventually I was hung up on by the girl in service when I asked for someone to call me back because I was not happy with the service they were providing. I was completely in shock. So I called back to ask for a manager and I was told a general manager would be calling me about this and someone in service did instead. At that point I was just getting completely exhausted as he was explaining why used cars needed maintinance. I asked him why the crank seal at least hadn't been spotted when it was first sold and he said it must have happened recently. Certified pre-owned? Yeah right. Oh, and during the transfer to the general manager he picked up the phone and was asking if I was still there and just hung up without calling me back. Talk about sweeping problems under the rug. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS! MURDOCK HYUNDAI WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FASTER than providing service and will make excuses when confronted. Just be forewarned! More

I was doing preventative servicing with a belt. They were very quick. I was sent an e-mail outlining other things I might want to have done on my car. It was helpful.
