Ms. Watkins arrived to our shop yesterday at a busy time. She was greeted as promptly as possible and told we'd be with her as soon as we could. She stated she was here for two recall items and it had to be completed in one hour. Upon checking her in we found her car had three recalls, one of which takes over an hour to perform. She was made aware of this and became very upset and verbally abusive. Our service manager offered to shuttle her to/from work. She asked for a loaner car which we gave her. The work was performed same day and she came back that evening to pick it up. Her conduct while at the dealership was anything but cordial or polite. There were numerous dealership employees present who were subjected to foul language and very rude behavior. Even other customers in the service waiting lounge commented to our service manager and a sales manager after she left that they were sorry we had to deal with "people like that". Our service manager never raised his voice, talked down to, or swore at her. We don't like to write anything negative about our guests and were hesitant to make any account of Ms. Watkins comportment online. Her choice to post such blatant falsehoods on review sites has left us in a position of having to do what we can to clarify what actually happened.
