I wish I could put into words how disappointed I am with Lindon Murdock Hyundai. I have purchased 2 cars from them. I have tried to call into play warranty work which they swear up and down in the purchase Lindon Murdock Hyundai. I have purchased 2 cars from them. When you get it need to get work done, they evade and make things up regarding after market parts, and expiring warranties. This may end up being a long story. So if you want to read, stay. So I bought a chrysler minivan used from them with a warranty. I brought it to them before the warranty expired for a cylinder 3 misfire, they examined it, and stated that they didn't think there was enough of a problem, and sent me on the way after clearing the codes. Then 9 months later, warranty now expiring, the whole cylinder , rocker arms valves all go bad, and now they won't cover anything because the warranty expired. Almost 6000 $ later they fixed it. I went back and forth with all parties, threatened law on them and nothing. So much for customer loyalty. Forward now 2 months later I bring in my 2015 hyundai sonata because the key ignition tumbler no longer works, same thing happened in Hyunday in idaho falls id, that dealership covered it , and warrantied it, and when it failed down here. The Murdock dealership stated that after market parts were used, and even after talking with the other Hyundai dealer ship in IF, they wouldn't fix it, because they told me I have driven 12,320 miles exceeding the 12000 miles from June to December, I travel 12 miles a day, no way I passed that miles limit. Idaho was willing to pay for the part but nothing from Murdock. Short stay far away from these con artists. They care about their bottom line and nothing else. I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone!!!! Avoid Noah Free, Jordan Burningham and their useless service manager Shawn Miller when I asked for a call, that never called me back. They suck at follow up and desiring to help. I don't like to wish bad things on businesses but I do here. More

We loved our experience! We were met by Stephan and so glad to get to work with him! He introduced himself and asked us what we’re looking for. We test drove it and decided on it. We went to his desk and started the paper process. Stephan’s supervisor came by and asked how we were doing and if he could help. Offered us a drink. Stephan was very patient with us, very pleasant, asked about us and our interest. While he got the paperwork printed his supervisor checked in with us again and another salesman heard we were buying a Kona. He had bought his wife one and he told us how much she loved it. We were introduced to Clay who did our financing. He explained every option we could buy and was also patient and made sure we understood everything. He was very friendly and took time with us. Orem is getting so big and very fast pace. In our process of buying our Kona we felt like we were back in a small town atmosphere where our business mattered to all we worked with and met! I would highly recommend asking for Stephan. I have never worked with such an exceptional salesman! My husband is a veteran and Stephan checked with the manager and found that we qualified for a discount for his service - $500! We also got another discount for exceptional credit! I rate Stephan a 10 stars! While we were doing the financial paperwork they cleaned the car and filled it up! More
