Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. What really stood out was that JR started helping me before I even stepped foot in the dealership. He spent time texting with me, asking questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what features were important to me, and what my budget and preferences were. He sent over several options, helped narrow down the choices, and made the entire process feel easy and personalized. By the time I arrived at the dealership, he already had a great understanding of what I wanted, which saved me a ton of time. When I got there, everything was incredibly smooth and efficient. JR was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He answered all of my questions, walked me through the features of the IONIQ 5 Limited, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. One of the things I appreciated most was how quick and hassle-free the process was. There was no pressure, no wasted time, and no games—just great customer service and clear communication.
