Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. I responded to you with my contact information on 5/16, but you chose not to reach out as you said you would. This demonstrates to me that you just simply put out a public response as if to show others you try to address a customer concern -- but in reality you do nothing and figure if time passes by the unsatisfied customer will just go away quietly. You wasted a lot of my time (and money since I had to get my car serviced elsewhere) when I came in to your service center, and you didn't deliver on your service and tire rotation for someone that buys a new Hyundai. Well done (sarcasm) on both "addressing your concerns" and "quickly as possible" - simply more empty words and promises. Your lack of customer service across the board is infuriating. I hope the bottom line profits of your service center are thriving (more sarcasm).

Still no response from Hyundai service center after I provided information to contact me. They only want your money for overpriced services and certainly don’t provide the services they promise when buying a new car. I wish there was zero or negative star ratings. Stay clear and buyer beware!!
